  • Adi Mantra chant 
  • Pranayama ( breathing ) 
  • Warm-up ( 5 to 10 min ) 
  • Kriya *( 30 to 45 min ) 
  • Relaxing ( 5 to 15 min ) 
  • Meditation ( 11 to 31 min )
  • Closing chant


Duration: aprox. 90 minutes. ( bring confortable clothing, a Yoga mat or similar)
