Family Constellations

Family constellations is a sort of Family Systemic Psicotherapy developed by Bert Hellinger. It is said that up to 70% of the psicological problems that affect us come from our history and family relation. The kid, in an act of blind love, adopt reactions and accepts to carry certain loads that will make life more difficult as an adult. In a Family Constellation workshop the dynamic that is the cause of the suffering is shown and, with the right circumstances, corrected in the same moment.
