Nowadays, smartphones are everywhere and everyday we find new apps to make our job or our lives easier. These gadgets can also help you improve your physical and mental health.
Here are some apps for smarthphones that will help you make the best of your workout sessions.
1. Reebok Fitness. This app gives you several activities to workout at home, from dance lessons to Yoga. During these sessions you can watch videos hosted by experienced instructors and you can share your achievements with your social media contacts. You can also synchronize this app with your schedule, and be reminded when it’s time to workout.
2. My Fitness Pal. It’s more than just an app, it’s the perfect workout mate. With a huge database, you can also enter each meal you have and it will return an exercise program based on your diet.
3. The Yoga Guru. This app gives you exercises and answers to practice Yoga, claiming to be just as having a personal instructor at home. Be advised that it’s always better having a real time trainer with you to preventing injuries, and of course, having specific goals that must be accomplished.
