Migraine Strikes? Some Tips to Fight Back
 
You sometimes have strong headaches? Even light bothers you? Migraine is becoming common in big cities and it can sometimes even make us stay at home several days. Here are some tips to fight back, but remember you need to visit a specialist for your specific case.


 
1. Blink. Just that? Yes. Sometimes we are so focused on our computer screen, cellphone, or video game that we forget to blink. Our eyes need constant lubrication and consciously blinking helps a lot.
 
2. Avoid smoking or drinking. Some people have alcohol or tobacco allergies and they don’t even know about this! Even drinking occasionally or smoking once a day is harmful for their body and can degenerate into a terrible headache.
 
3. Lightning. If your home or workplace doesn’t have good lighting, it can affect you. Some people are more sensitive and poor lightning or blinking lights can make your eyes work harder when you’re reading, and after some time a headache can appear. Add a reading lamp to your work place and you will notice the difference.
 
4. Breath fresh air. Living in big cities keeps us in a limited area and we forget to be in touch with nature. Find a nearby garden or park where you can breath fresh air and relax.

5. Yoga Classes. Stress and the level of energy we carry through the day impact on us much more than we think. Having a regular Yoga session will help release stress and attain the type of energy that will keep you aligned. Try a few classes, the difference will be remarkable.
