Not Enough Time to Exercise?
 
Nowadays, it’s more and more common for people to say they don’t have time to exercise, but after all, you don’t need to have a gym subscription. If you decide to have a personal instructor, make sure he or she is certified.
 
If you are always looking for an excuse to avoid exercising, here are some tips to have some physical activity without noticing:
 
1. Keep your car at home once in a week. Using your bike to get to work instead of driving is the best way to exercise. If your workplace is far from home, try parking a few blocks away and walking a little more everyday.
 
2. Try walking every 15 minutes at work. Walking during your work hours not only helps clear your mind and reduce negative stress, it also helps you relax and reactivate your blood circulation.
 
3. Do breathing exercises. Sit comfortably in your office and avoid distractions. Remember to breathe consciously to increase your energy levels.
 
4. Play with your kids or walk your pet. Make time to play with your kids or have fun with your pet; this will not only help you relax but also connect with your family.
