How to Choose your Yoga Outfit
We have given you tips to choose your Yoga Mat and we have listed some useful accessories for your sessions. But, what should you wear for your Yoga Classes?
A sleeveless shirt. This is highly recommended for women. Yoga exercises and postures require feeling comfortable.
A tight T-shirt. It should be loose enough for all your movements as well as for your stretching and bending exercises, without feeling entangled.
A pair of shorts or Yoga pants. Using running shorts or the tight ones for riding bikes are highly recommended. Women usually wear the famous Yoga pants which allow for free movements while keeping warm during the session.
Wrist or head bands. Yoga will make you sweat! To stay focused, use a headband to prevent sweat getting into your eyes. A hand towel is a good choice, but you will find bands more helpful and there are plenty of styles and colors to choose from.
And the most important thing! Fabrics like cotton, bamboo, and some synthetic fibers allow your body to stay fresh. Don’t forget to bring a change of clothes!
