Also known as tocopherol, this vitamin can be found in small amounts in animal foods. However, seeds are an excellent source of vitamin E; soy, vegetable oils such as olive oil and wheat germ oil, and walnuts, almonds and hazelnuts all have high levels of this vitamin. Plus, spinach, broccoli, barm, and spirulina are also an excellent choice.
Eating regularly foods rich in vitamin E will lower your triglyceride levels and diminish any probability of having anemia. You’ll feel more energetic because your blood circulation will improve, protecting your heart. Vitamin E also helps your nervous system, reducing your levels of irritability and inertia.
