How to Keep Fit?

We know you are concerned about the way you look, and that once you reach your goal it’s difficult to maintain it. Here are some simple ideas to make things easier for you.
 
1. Do what you love. Confusing? Well, if you workout with something you truly enjoy, everything will be much easier. It doesn’t matter if you choose dancing, swimming, jogging, or playing tennis, pick the right one for you!
 
2. Realistic goals. You should set easy to catch goals in the short term. It is easier to achieve them, which is exciting which in turn makes you want to keep going.
 


3. Perform household tasks. Sometimes you are tired and just want to get home and lay down. However, try taking a short walk, washing dishes, taking your dog out, or making home improvements. You will be doing some sort of physical activity and be useful at home.
 
4. Be active at work. These days most jobs require long hours in front of a PC. From time to time take a walk, get some water, or ask your Yoga trainer for stretching exercises that can be done at work.
 


5. Find a workout partner. If you are single, ask a friend to practice Yoga with you, go to the gym or go jogging. Having a mutual commitment makes it easier to workout.
 
6. Write down your goals. Promises can be easily forgotten, so write down your goals and put them in a visible place at home. This will be a constant reminder of what you promised and if some day you can’t deliver, you will find a way to make up to it.
